Baked cauliflower gratin is a rich and tasty vegetarian dish. To make this recipe, I first boiled the cauliflower, then seasoned it with parmesan and béchamel sauce. Finally, I garnished it with breadcrumbs and baked it: a delicious crust forms that will whet the appetite of the whole family!

Ingredients
- 14 oz cauliflower
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1 cup béchamel sauce
- to taste breadcrumbs
Steps
To make the baked cauliflower gratin, wash and clean the cauliflower, separating the florets, then cook in plenty of boiling water and once ready, drain.
Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl, season them with parmesan and béchamel sauce.
Take a baking dish, grease it, sprinkle breadcrumbs on the bottom and pour in the cauliflower florets.
Sprinkle more breadcrumbs over the florets and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until a golden crust forms. Enjoy your meal!
