Baked Cauliflower Gratin

Baked cauliflower gratin is a rich and tasty vegetarian dish. To make this recipe, I first boiled the cauliflower, then seasoned it with parmesan and béchamel sauce. Finally, I garnished it with breadcrumbs and baked it: a delicious crust forms that will whet the appetite of the whole family!

Baked Cauliflower Gratin

Ingredients

  • 14 oz cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 cup béchamel sauce
  • to taste breadcrumbs

Steps

  • To make the baked cauliflower gratin, wash and clean the cauliflower, separating the florets, then cook in plenty of boiling water and once ready, drain.

  • Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl, season them with parmesan and béchamel sauce.

  • Take a baking dish, grease it, sprinkle breadcrumbs on the bottom and pour in the cauliflower florets.

  • Sprinkle more breadcrumbs over the florets and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until a golden crust forms. Enjoy your meal!
