FRIED ZUCCHINI STICKS

The fried zucchini sticks are a tasty finger food and quick to prepare, perfect for your appetizers but also as a treat for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchinis
  • 3 eggs
  • 3.5 oz breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsps Grana Padano DOP
  • salt
  • pepper
  • peanut oil

Steps

  • First, wash and trim the zucchinis, then cut them into sticks

  • Now that the zucchinis are ready, you can proceed with the breading. Flour the stick.

  • Then dip the stick into the beaten egg with a pinch of salt and pepper

  • Finally, coat with the mixture made of breadcrumbs and grated Grana Padano

  • Continue this way until you run out of ingredients

  • Heat the peanut oil in a deep saucepan. Immerse a few sticks at a time and cook until they are golden. Finally, place them on a tray lined with paper towels and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
