The fried zucchini sticks are a tasty finger food and quick to prepare, perfect for your appetizers but also as a treat for dinner.

Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchinis
- 3 eggs
- 3.5 oz breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsps Grana Padano DOP
- salt
- pepper
- peanut oil

Steps
First, wash and trim the zucchinis, then cut them into sticks
Now that the zucchinis are ready, you can proceed with the breading. Flour the stick.
Then dip the stick into the beaten egg with a pinch of salt and pepper
Finally, coat with the mixture made of breadcrumbs and grated Grana Padano
Continue this way until you run out of ingredients
Heat the peanut oil in a deep saucepan. Immerse a few sticks at a time and cook until they are golden. Finally, place them on a tray lined with paper towels and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
