Ingredients
- 4 slices pandoro
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 5.64 oz hazelnut spread
- 3.5 oz milk chocolate
- 1 oz chopped hazelnuts
Tools
- Mixer
- Rolling Pin
Steps
To make the pandoro roll, whip the cream until stiff in a bowl. Then add the hazelnut spread and mix the ingredients to obtain a smooth cream.
Cut the pandoro into slices about 0.39 inches thick. Form a rectangle by arranging the pandoro slices on cling film.
Flatten the pandoro with a rolling pin to obtain an even surface with no empty spaces.
Fill with the previously made cream, spreading it well over the entire surface.
Roll from the longer side using cling wrap for assistance. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
In a small saucepan, melt the hazelnut spread and milk chocolate in a double boiler, mix them with a spoon and incorporate the chopped hazelnuts.
Remove the roll from the refrigerator, take off the cling film, and cover the roll with the glaze.
Place in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the glaze to set. Slice the roll and serve. Enjoy!
