Peanut Butter Chocolates

The peanut butter chocolates are delicious dark chocolate treats containing a soft filling. To make these chocolates you only need three ingredients: peanut butter, plain cookies, and chocolate. Simple to make and irresistibly tasty, these chocolates are perfect for any occasion.

Peanut Butter Chocolates

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz peanut butter
  • 1.75 oz plain cookies
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate

Steps

  • To make the peanut butter chocolates, pour the cookies into the blender bowl and blend until you get a sandy mixture.

  • Pour the blended cookies into a bowl and add the peanut butter. Mix until you get a compact and homogeneous mixture. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  • Then take some of the mixture with your hands or with a scoop and form balls the size of a walnut, or as desired.

  • Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper. Put in the freezer for an hour.

  • Melt the dark chocolate and dip the peanut butter balls one by one. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Put the chocolates in the refrigerator to set. Enjoy!
