The apple brownies are lactose-free treats with an autumnal aroma. I created these brownies inspired by the spicy flavor of spices in the apple pie: a mix of flour, eggs, and sugar, flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg, to which I then added diced apples. I enriched the surface with some nuts and then baked it in the oven. In just a few minutes, with simplicity, you’ll get a delicate apple dessert with a soft texture, ideal for breakfast.

To make the apple brownies, in a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar and honey.

Then add the oil and vanilla extract, stirring continuously. Finally, add the flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the surface with a mix of nuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes, use a toothpick to check doneness, it should come out with a few crumbs. Once baked, remove from oven and let cool.
Cut into 9 pieces and enjoy the brownies. Enjoy!
