- 7.1 oz milk chocolate
- 7.1 oz dark chocolate

Steps
To make the chocolate and hazelnut bars, take 10 wide and thin cocoa wafers, which will be the base of our bars.
Melt 0.5 oz of milk chocolate together with 0.5 oz of dark chocolate in a double boiler. Once melted, stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Coat one side of the cocoa wafers with chocolate, then place them on a tray lined with parchment paper, with the glazed side facing up. Put in the refrigerator to set.
Pour the hazelnut wafers into the mixer and finely chop them; you should get a sand-like mixture.
Add the melted butter, mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Place the hazelnut wafer and butter mixture inside a semicircular chocolate mold. Try to adhere the mixture well to the edge to give it a semicircular shape. You will need to make 30 semi-spheres.
Fill each semi-sphere with hazelnut spread and a whole hazelnut using a teaspoon. Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
Melt the remaining milk chocolate and dark chocolate in a double boiler. Melt them together, stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
On a rack, place the cocoa wafers (the base of our bars) with the glazed side facing down. Spread some chocolate on their surface.
Place three semi-spheres on each wafer and cover everything with the melted chocolate.
Place the chocolate and hazelnut bars on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for a couple of hours to set. Enjoy!
