Today I want to show you a cute and original idea for serving melon prosciutto and mozzarella on a wooden cutting board, although a serving plate is also fine, as an appetizer or a colorful and quick-to-prepare main dish!

Ingredients

  • Half melon
  • 7 oz cherry-sized mozzarella balls
  • 3.5 oz sliced prosciutto
  • mixed salad
  • salt
  • pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil

Tools

  • Melon baller

Steps

  • First, using the melon baller, form balls from the melon pulp

  • Lay the mixed salad leaves on the cutting board and place the melon balls on top

  • Add the mozzarella balls, the prosciutto slices, flavor with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
