The pasta salad with melon, arugula, and feta is a summer first course that stands out a bit from the usual cold pasta dishes, combining the perfect pairing of the sweetness of melon and the strong flavor of feta and arugula.

Ingredients
- 14 oz pasta
- Half melon
- 1 bunch arugula
- 9 oz feta
- salt
- pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
Tools
- Melon baller
Steps
First, cook the pasta, drain it, and place it in the bowl with a drizzle of oil. Mix carefully and let it cool
With the help of a melon baller, form balls with the melon pulp
Roughly chop the arugula with a knife and cut the feta into cubes. Finally, add all the ingredients to the now cold pasta, season with freshly ground pepper and another drizzle of oil. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve and enjoy your meal!!!
