- 7 oz coconut wafers (or vanilla)
- 2 tbsp grated coconut (desiccated)
- 2.5 oz white chocolate
- 15 hazelnuts
- as needed grated coconut (desiccated) (for coating)

Steps
To make the wafer and coconut truffles, pour the wafers into the blender bowl and blend until you get a sandy mixture.
In a bowl, pour the crushed wafers and two generous tablespoons of grated coconut. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and pour it into the bowl with the wafers and coconut.
Stir the ingredients with a spoon, cover the bowl with cling film, and refrigerate for an hour.
Then take some of the mixture with your hands, place a hazelnut in the center, and form balls the size of a walnut, or the desired size.
Once the mixture is finished, roll each ball in grated coconut.
Put the truffles in the refrigerator and serve as needed. Enjoy!
