The vegetable and feta skewers are a healthy and wholesome idea for a summer main dish that can be eaten freshly prepared as a main dish, but can also be served cold during an appetizer.

Ingredients
- 9 oz feta
- 1 zucchini (Large)
- 250 cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- basil
- dried oregano
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Preparation of vegetable and feta skewers
Wash the vegetables, then slice the zucchini into rounds and cut the feta into cubes
Peel the garlic clove and finely chop it with the basil leaves. Place the mixture in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix.
Thread the skewer alternating cherry tomatoes with zucchini rounds and feta
Drizzle a little olive oil on the bottom of the baking dish, arrange the skewers on top. Brush with the prepared mixture, sprinkle with dried oregano, and bake at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes.
