Steps
First, wash the radishes under running water, then slice them thinly with a sharp knife or with the help of a mandolin
Place the slices of radish on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, trying not to overlap them
Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Bake at 356°F for about 10 minutes, until they are golden and crispy. Serve and enjoy your meal!
