Grilled peaches with ice cream are a very quick summer dessert to prepare, perfect to serve as an after-dinner treat during warm summer evenings.

Ingredients
- 3 nectarines (Quite ripe)
- 2 tbsp butter
- brown sugar
- 1 cup berry ice cream
- chopped pistachios

Steps
Wash the peaches, cut in half, and with the help of a scoop or a sharp knife, remove the pit.
Melt the butter in a double boiler and brush the flesh of the peaches.
Heat the grill on the stove, place the peaches on it with the cut side facing the flame. Cook for about two minutes until they have grill marks.
Place the grilled peaches on the serving plate, immediately sprinkle with brown sugar. Finally, decorate with the ice cream and chopped pistachios. Enjoy your meal! You can find the video recipe on my Instagram profile HERE.
