The coffee affogato is a very easy dessert to prepare, made strictly at the moment, perfect as an after-meal or even as a snack. It consists of fior di latte ice cream, literally drowned in espresso coffee, then enriched with whipped cream sprinkled with unsweetened cocoa powder. A truly delicious dessert!
