Coconut and Hazelnut Cream Cookies are delicious lactose-free treats, cooked in the air fryer. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake the cookies in the oven; you will find the instructions in the procedure. Once cooked, the cookies are garnished with hazelnut spread and a halved hazelnut. In just a few minutes, you’ll prepare delicious cookies!

Ingredients
- 0.88 oz all-purpose flour
- 3.53 oz grated coconut (desiccated)
- 1 egg
- 0.71 oz sunflower oil
- 1.76 oz powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1.76 oz coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- as needed hazelnut spread (lactose-free)
- 10 hazelnuts
- as needed grated coconut (desiccated)

Steps
To make the coconut and hazelnut cream cookies, pour the oil and egg into a bowl, whisk, and gradually add all the other ingredients until reaching a homogeneous mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and place the bowl in the refrigerator, let it rest for 10 minutes.
Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with parchment paper (preferably the perforated type for air fryers).
Using two teaspoons or a piping bag, scoop the dough to form balls or dollops and place them inside the basket.
Cook the cookies in the air fryer at 356°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
For those who do not have an air fryer. Form the cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
Once cooked, let them cool and bake the other cookies.
Garnish the cookies with a teaspoon of hazelnut spread and a halved hazelnut.
Serve them with a sprinkle of grated coconut. Enjoy!
