Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups puffed rice
- 3 tablespoons Speculoos spread
- 4 oz milk chocolate
- 1 oz white chocolate
- as needed sugar snowflakes
- as needed colorful sprinkles
Steps
To make the Christmas chocolate puffed rice bars, line a square container with parchment paper.
In a bowl, pour the puffed rice and Speculoos spread. Use a spatula to mix them evenly.
Pour the puffed rice mixture into the container and flatten it well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Remove the container from the fridge and pour melted milk chocolate over the puffed rice, spreading it evenly over the surface.
Melt the white chocolate and pour it over the milk chocolate. Use a toothpick to create lines for a marbled effect.
Decorate with sugar snowflakes and colorful sprinkles. Refrigerate for two hours.
After the time has passed, use a knife to cut the bars. Enjoy!
