Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup flour
- 7 oz butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- as needed hazelnut spread
Steps
To make the coconut lady’s kisses, in a bowl combine the coconut flour with the brown sugar.
Add the softened butter and vanilla extract, start mixing with your hands (or with a mixer) and incorporate the flour.
Knead until you get a homogeneous dough; cover with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
Once the dough has firmed up, divide it into many small portions of about 7 grams each; then take each portion with your hands and form into balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 320°F for about 20 minutes, until golden.
Once cool, fill half of the hemispheres with hazelnut spread and join them with the other half. Enjoy!
