The speculoos bars are tasty chocolate treats with a spicy filling, ideal for making at Christmas. I made these bars using milk chocolate and filled them with homemade speculoos cookies along with a delicious speculoos spread. Easy to make, these bars are irresistible and will disappear in no time!

No-Bake Chocolate Bars

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz milk chocolate
- 10 speculoos cookies
- as needed speculoos spread

Steps
To make the speculoos bars, melt 5.25 oz of milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Pour it into an 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
Coarsely crumble the speculoos cookies with your hands and sprinkle them over the chocolate to create a layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Then remove from the fridge and form a layer of speculoos spread over the cookies. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Melt the remaining milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and cover everything. Refrigerate for one hour.
Remove from the mold and cut the bars. Enjoy!
