Caramel pecan ice cream bars are tasty snacks, perfect for the summer season. These bars are made with a delicious cream of whipped cream and milk, then topped with caramel and pecans, and covered with milk chocolate glaze. Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- to taste caramel
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 10.5 oz milk chocolate

Preparation
To make the caramel pecan ice cream bars, use electric beaters or a stand mixer to whip the cream. As it starts to thicken, slowly add the condensed milk. Whip until you have a smooth and thick cream.
Pour the cream into a 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Smooth the top and place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
Then remove from the freezer and create a layer of caramel and coarsely chopped pecans on the cream. Return to the freezer.
Melt the milk chocolate over a double boiler. Remove the cream from the freezer and cut into 8 or 10 bars.
Dip the bars into the melted chocolate, then place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for a couple of hours. Then serve and enjoy!
