ACE juice is a healthy and nutritious beverage made from fruit and water. This fruit juice is called ACE because the initials refer to the three main vitamins present: A, C, and E. For this drink, you will need carrots, oranges (I used blood oranges), and lemons, and you can make it with a blender or juicer. An easy-to-make and genuine fruit juice.
You can serve this ACE juice at a brunch or at-home aperitif:

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 7 oz carrots
- Half lemon (1.8 oz)
- 2 blood oranges (12 oz)
Tools
- Juicer
Preparation
To make ACE juice, peel the carrots and cut them into pieces. Peel the oranges and lemon, remove the seeds and white part (otherwise the juice will be bitter).
Cut the oranges and lemon into pieces as well.
Pour the fruit and carrots into the juicer jug and once you get the juice, pour it into a glass jug.
Take the fruit pulp from the juicer and pour it into the blender bowl. Add the water and blend everything.
Pour the mixture into a fine mesh strainer pressing with the back of a spoon. Collect the liquid in a bowl and add it to the juice obtained with the juicer.
Mix well and put in the refrigerator. If desired, you can add sugar or honey.
If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender directly.
Pour the fruit and carrots into the blender, blend while gradually adding the water.
Then pass everything through a strainer and collect the juice in a glass jug.
ACE juice is best drunk immediately, or during the day, because it retains all its properties when freshly made, but it can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days.
