Easy to make, I filled this savory pie with boiled broccoli, then sautéed in a pan with crispy bacon. Finally, I enriched the filling by adding mozzarella and oregano. Recipes with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 12 oz boiled broccoli
- 3 oz bacon
- 3 oz mozzarella
- 1 sprig dried oregano
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
Preparation
To make the savory pie with broccoli and bacon, wash and clean the broccoli, then cook them in plenty of boiling water and once ready, drain them.
Cut the bacon into cubes or strips, place it in a pan, and let it brown over moderate heat.
Add the broccoli and sauté over moderate heat for a few minutes, finally add salt to taste and remove from heat.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes and add it to the broccoli and bacon; mix with a spoon to combine.
Take a round baking pan and place the puff pastry, keeping the provided parchment paper.
Fill the savory pie with the broccoli and season with a sprinkle of oregano.
Fold the edges of the pastry inward and bake in the preheated oven at 392°F. Bake for 10/15 minutes, until golden.
Serve the savory pie warm and enjoy your meal!
