Yes, we can also make yogurt pudding with an air fryer. Super easy and delicious, with few ingredients and sweetener, this will be a pudding with no regrets for everyone. If you want to go overboard, you can sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top or some ginger syrup or maple syrup and chopped nuts.
The format for 4 people, yogurt pudding, is made in a loaf pan measuring 7×5 inches. but when I want to prepare 2 single servings, I use half the recipe and two small round bowls.
- Difficulty: Very easy
- Cost: Very cheap
- Preparation time: 5 Minutes
- Portions: 4People
- Cooking methods: Air frying
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs (whole)
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 20 drops sweetener (or to taste erythritol or honey)
- 1 pinch cinnamon, vanilla
- 1 grated lemon zest
Steps
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well using a whisk.
Pour the mixture into a non-stick loaf pan measuring 7×4 inches and leave at least 1 inch from the edge, because the pudding will rise during cooking.
Place the pan in the air fryer basket and bake the pudding at 320°F for 26 minutes. The toothpick test is always valid to test complete cooking, even if it is not a cake, if it comes out dry the pudding is cooked.
You can also use round single-serving molds, following the same procedure, and leave at least 1/2 inch from the edge. The cooking time for single servings is 13 minutes at 320°F.
Delicious and easy to make for everyone, for a healthy and natural breakfast or snack.
