Delicious coffee cake with an air fryer, recipe you can also make with the conventional oven by doubling the quantities, like all the others in the air fryer category.
Among other things, it is very simple to make and does not contain milk, for those with lactose intolerance. A delicious dessert that contains many chocolate chips inside, to be served at any time of the day, from breakfast to dessert.
If you don’t have a Bundt pan for your air fryer, get one of those disposable aluminum ones, convenient to use, the diameter I used for this recipe is 8 inches.
- Difficulty: Very easy
- Cost: Very cheap
- Preparation time: 10 Minutes
- Portions: 8 People
- Cooking methods: Air frying
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 oz coffee (espresso)
- 1/3 cup sunflower seed oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- as needed powdered sugar
Steps
Prepare a glass of the most concentrated coffee possible, with the moka or with the espresso machine.
In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar and oil, then add the espresso coffee and continue to beat until the mixture is well blended.
Add the sifted flour and the baking powder. Mix the batter well and finally add the chocolate chips. Mix all the ingredients well.
Prepare the Bundt pan, I used a disposable aluminum one with an 8-inch diameter.
Grease and flour it or spray the release agent. Pour the cake batter into it and place the mold in the air fryer basket.
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F for 3 minutes. Then cook at 320°F for 35 minutes.
When it is cooked, take it out, let it cool before removing it from the mold, and serve it sprinkled with powdered sugar. Also great served with whipped cream.
