Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 dates
Steps
1 – Cut the ripe bananas into pieces and place them in the blender with the pitted dates.
2 – Blend the fruit for a minute until you get a smooth cream.
3 – Serve the banana and date cream accompanied with more fresh fruit and cereals, or use it as an ingredient in a cake or instead of custard to fill fruit tarts.
4 – The quantities in this recipe are for 2 people, but if necessary and depending on how you will use it, double or triple the quantities.
