READY MIX for Hot Chocolate

This ready mix for hot chocolate is a triumph of homemade sweetness, ready to use whenever we feel like it. The pre-made mix of ingredients is stored in a glass jar for a long time and is always within reach in our pantry. Just add some milk and cook the chocolate on the stove for just a few minutes.

Hot chocolate can be enjoyed with a spoon accompanied by delicious cream biscuits or you can dip the legendary churros for an explosion of pleasure.
The quantities of this recipe are for 2 jars of 250 grams each of ready mix for hot chocolate, which you can also decorate and give to your dearest friends.

INGREDIENTS for 2 jars of 250g of ready mix:
– 150g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
– 200g Cornstarch
– 200g Brown Sugar (or white)
– 1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon (optional, you can omit it)
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Transfer them to a glass jar.

AMOUNTS TO PREPARE 1 CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE
– 1 cup (about 7 fl oz) of milk (water can also be used)
– 2 heaping tablespoons of Ready chocolate mix
Dissolve the chocolate mix in the milk, removing any lumps, then cook in a saucepan over low heat until the mixture thickens into a soft cream.
