SERVINGS FOR 1 PERSON:
2 ripe persimmons, peeled, use only the pulp
2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation:
Put everything in the blender, blend, and then transfer the persimmon cream into a greased mold.
Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then with a small knife, detach the edges first so it will come out better, and turn the pudding onto the serving plate.
