These cookies are ideal for breakfast or snack time for the whole family!

Ingredients
- 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 egg (small)
- 0.33 cup sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Half orange
- 2.5 teaspoons baking powder
- to taste granulated sugar
- to taste powdered sugar
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the sunflower oil; then, while continuing to mix, add the egg, the juice, and grated zest of half an orange.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and cocoa; mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
With your hands, take the dough and form balls, about the size of a walnut.
In a small plate, pour some granulated sugar, and in another, pour some powdered sugar. Roll the previously made balls first in the granulated sugar and then in the powdered sugar, covering them well.
Transfer the cookies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake in the (ventilated) preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let the cookies cool. Enjoy!
