The sausages and potatoes with friggitelli cooked in the air fryer are a succulent second course that’s easy to prepare. In summer, I hardly ever turn on the oven anymore because I use the air fryer instead, an excellent kitchen ally both for hot days and for its convenience of use and cleaning (for more information, I recommend reading the following article Air Fryer (airfryer) – Tips for Use). These sausages and potatoes with friggitelli are ideal for a family dinner: with a few simple ingredients, you’ll bring a mouthwatering dish to the table!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups potatoes
- 5 friggitelli
- Half onion
- 4 sausages
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig oregano
- to taste thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
Preparation
For the sausages and potatoes with friggitelli, peel and wash the potatoes; then cut them into slices or cubes.
Wash and clean the friggitelli, removing the stalk and seeds, and cut them into strips.
In a bowl, combine the potatoes, friggitelli, and sliced onion. Season with salt, spices, rosemary, oregano, and thyme. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and mix with a spoon.
Transfer them to the air fryer basket and cook at 392°F for 20 minutes. Occasionally open and shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
Peel the sausages and cut them into slices about a half inch thick with a knife.
Add the sausages to the air fryer basket with the potatoes and friggitelli. Continue cooking at 392°F for another 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
