- Preparation time: 10 Minutes
- Portions: 6 Pieces
- Cooking methods: Slow heat
Ingredients
- 1.25 cups mixed berries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Tools
- Silicone popsicle mold
- Sticks
Preparation
To make the yogurt and berry popsicles, wash and clean the berries, then put them in a saucepan with the sugar and cook over slow heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Mash the berries with the back of a spoon and let them simmer for a couple of minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
I preferred to leave the berries in small pieces. But if you prefer, you can strain them through a sieve and collect the liquid in a bowl.
Take the popsicle mold and alternate pouring a spoonful of yogurt and a spoonful of berry compote.
Finally, insert the wooden sticks and put them in the freezer to set overnight, or at least for 6/8 hours.
Once ready, remove the popsicles from the mold; to help you, run the mold under running water. Enjoy!
