Halloween Cheese Truffles are tasty finger foods, easy and quick to make. If you’re planning a themed party or want to create some recipes with the kids, these balls are ideal: they are made with few ingredients and very easily. Ingredients
- 7 oz Ricotta
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- as needed Pizza-Flavored Corn Balls
- as needed Fried Peppers Stems
- as needed Pretzels
- as needed Parsley
Preparation
To make the cheese truffles, combine the ricotta with the cream cheese in a bowl. Mix well with a spoon until you get a smooth cream. Let it rest in the refrigerator for twenty minutes.
In a small bowl, crumble the pizza-flavored corn balls.
With the help of your hands, take some of the cheese mixture and form balls the size of a walnut.
Roll each ball in the crumbled corn balls. Compact well with your hands to give them a spherical shape and place them on a serving plate.
Decorate each cheese ball with a pepper stem, or a piece of pretzel and a parsley leaf.
Place in the refrigerator and serve as needed. Enjoy!
