- 7 oz Delica pumpkin
- 7 oz fresh sausage
- 5.3 oz mushrooms (I used porcini)
- Half onion
- to taste oil and salt
- 12 oz pasta

Steps
Chop the onion and sauté it with the diced pumpkin in a pan with oil and salt.
After about 5 minutes, add the crumbled sausage and cook for about 10 minutes.
Finally, add the cleaned and sliced porcini and cook for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package.
Dress the pasta with the prepared sauce and serve hot.
