The non-alcoholic pomegranate cocktail is an ideal drink to prepare for aperitifs or an autumn brunch. I prepared this cocktail by extracting the pomegranate juice with a juicer, then I mixed it with a fresh red bitter and served it with ice cubes and orange slices. Fresh and thirst-quenching, the pomegranate cocktail is very easy to make and can also be adapted for kids: for adults, you can add alcohol like prosecco, gin, or Aperol, while for children, you can replace the bitter with sparkling water.
You can serve this cocktail at a home brunch or aperitif, check out the collections:

Preparation
To make the Non-Alcoholic Pomegranate Cocktail, cut the pomegranate in half and extract the seeds, removing the white membranes. Then extract the juice from the seeds: either with the help of a juicer or by passing them through a food mill. Collect the juice in a bowl and sugar can be added to taste.
Take two cocktail glasses, previously placed in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes, and start assembling the cocktail.
In each glass, place an ice cube, then pour half of the pomegranate juice and finally the chilled bitter. Stir with a cocktail spoon.
Serve the non-alcoholic cocktail with a slice of orange. Enjoy!
