Non-Alcoholic Pomegranate Cocktail

The non-alcoholic pomegranate cocktail is an ideal drink to prepare for aperitifs or an autumn brunch. I prepared this cocktail by extracting the pomegranate juice with a juicer, then I mixed it with a fresh red bitter and served it with ice cubes and orange slices. Fresh and thirst-quenching, the pomegranate cocktail is very easy to make and can also be adapted for kids: for adults, you can add alcohol like prosecco, gin, or Aperol, while for children, you can replace the bitter with sparkling water.
