The mascarpone and yogurt cup with strawberries and cherries is a fresh and delicious dessert. Ideal as a spoon dessert, this cup is made without cooking in just a few simple steps. The cup consists of a layer of crumbled cookies, slices of strawberries that cover the edge of the cup and in the center will rest a delicious mascarpone and yogurt cream, flavored with cherries and honey. You’ll bring an elegant and delicate dessert to the table, which will conquer even the most refined palates!

Ingredients
- 4.4 oz Low-fat yogurt
- 8.8 oz Mascarpone
- 3.4 tbsp Whipped cream
- 1 tsp Honey
- as needed Dry biscuits
- as needed Strawberries
- as needed Mint
Preparation
To make the mascarpone and yogurt cup with strawberries and cherries, pour the yogurt and mascarpone into a bowl; with the help of a spoon or electric beaters, mix until you get a cream.
Add two tablespoons of cherries with syrup, cutting the cherries into small pieces. Mix them into the cream with the help of a spoon.
Finally, add the honey and whipped cream, mixing with an upward motion. Transfer the cream into a piping bag without a nozzle.
Crumble the cookies. Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them thinly.
Take the cups and form a layer with the cookies at the bottom. Place the strawberry slices “upside down” on top of the cookie layer, making them adhere around the rim of the glass.
Fill the cups with the previously made cream. Garnish with crumbled cookies and a teaspoon of cherry syrup. Decorate with a few mint leaves and some strawberries.
Let the cups rest in the refrigerator for about two hours. Serve as needed. Enjoy!
