Lady’s Kisses – Recipe by Iginio Massari

The lady’s kisses are tasty cookies filled with chocolate, originating from the city of Tortona. I made this recipe after watching it on the program Iginio Massari The Sweetman, as I had long been looking for a reliable and tested recipe, and I was more than satisfied. To make the classic lady’s kisses, you’ll need to prepare a dough based on hazelnuts and almonds, and then fill them with dark chocolate or a hazelnut cream. The result is extraordinary, it was a hit at home!

  • Place the balls on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven at 320°F for about 20 minutes, until golden.

  • Once cooled, fill half of the half-spheres with dark chocolate or hazelnut cream, and join them with the other half. Enjoy!
