Cup with Mascarpone and Coffee Cream is a delightful spoon dessert. This soft cream is made in just a few minutes with only three ingredients: mascarpone, white chocolate, and coffee. Egg-free and no-cook, the mascarpone and coffee cream is also perfect for filling desserts; in this case, I served it in glass cups with crumbled cookies. Either way, it will amaze you with its irresistible flavor!

Coffee Desserts
- Difficulty: Easy
- Cost: Inexpensive
- Preparation time: 10 Minutes
- Portions: 5 People
- Cooking methods: Oven
Ingredients
- 9 oz Mascarpone
- 1 Coffee
- 3.5 oz White Chocolate
- 6 Cookies
Preparation
To make the cup with mascarpone and coffee cream, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then transfer it to a bowl and incorporate the coffee (a small cup). Add the mascarpone and mix everything with an electric whisk until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
Crumble the cookies, you can use the cookies you like best, in this case, I used vanilla and chocolate cookies filled with cream.
Take five cups or, as in this case, glass jars and pour the crumbled cookies at the bottom (saving some for decoration).
Transfer the cream into a piping bag and fill the cups. Let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours. Garnish with the crumbled cookies and serve. Enjoy!
