Whiskey Cream Chocolates
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Medium
  • Rest time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
  • Preparation time: 20 Minutes
  • Portions: 10 pieces

Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz Milk Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Whiskey cream
  • 2 tbsp Fresh heavy cream
  • 3.5 oz Milk Chocolate
  • 0.5 oz White Chocolate

Preparation

  • To make the whiskey cream chocolates, melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler in a bowl. In another bowl, pour the cream and the whiskey cream; when the chocolate is melted, combine it with the cream and whiskey cream, stirring quickly, until you get a homogeneous mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Then, using your hands or with the help of a teaspoon, take a bit of the mixture and form walnut-sized balls, or the desired size. Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for an hour.

  • Melt the milk chocolate and dip the balls one by one. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and, once the chocolate has set, garnish with melted white chocolate. Put the chocolates in the refrigerator. Enjoy your treat!
