Ingredients
- 3 slices turkey breast
- 6 slices speck
- 3 slices scamorza cheese
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- to taste Barbecue sauce
Preparation
To make the turkey and speck rolls, wash the turkey breast slices under running water, then pat dry with paper towels.
Cut each slice in half lengthwise. Stuff each slice with half a slice of scamorza cheese, some rosemary, and roll them up.
In a small bowl pour a few tablespoons of barbecue sauce and, using a fork (I used my hands), coat each roll, making sure the sauce sticks on all sides.
If desired, they can be marinated for at least an hour and some chopped chili pepper can be added.
Place each roll on a slice of speck and roll, securing well with two toothpicks.
Cook the rolls on the grill, or on a heated griddle, for about 15 minutes, turning them and browning on all sides. Once cooked, serve and enjoy!
