  • 3.5 oz white sandwich bread
  • 1 large egg (large)
  • as needed breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon grated Grana Padano

Preparation

  • Clean the bell peppers by removing the seeds and white filaments. Cut them into small cubes, then cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt until they are tender (1).

  • With the help of a mixer, chop the sandwich bread with the garlic and a sprig of parsley. Place the chopped mixture in a bowl, add the peppers, the grana, and a handful of oregano (2).
