Ingredients
- 15 Oreo cookies
- 14 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 cups Whipping cream
- 3 tbsps Nutella
- 3 Oreo
Preparation
To make the dessert, in a bowl cream the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then blend it with the cream cheese.
Mix everything with an upward motion until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Line the base of a rectangular baking dish with the 15 Oreo cookies, then pour half of the cream cheese mixture on top, leveling it well with a spoon.
Melt the Nutella in a bain-marie or in the microwave, and then spread it over the cream cheese layer. After that, add the remaining cream, leveling it well with the spoon to create another layer.
Garnish with the crumbled three Oreo cookies and refrigerate for at least three hours. Enjoy!
