The cheese and kiwi crostini are ideal for appetizers or a cocktail party with friends. Making them is very simple: after toasting slices of bread, you’ll need to prepare a cheese and sour cream base, then garnish with slices of kiwi. I had never tried this combination and I must say I was amazed by the “behavior” of the kiwi, as it’s perfect with sweet but also with savory flavors. The cheese cream blends perfectly with the kiwi’s taste, and you’ll enjoy a crostini with a unique flavor.
