Ingredients
- 1 Flatbread
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 3.5 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Tomato
- 1 sprig Oregano
- to taste Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
Preparation

To make the flatbread roll with tomato and arugula, wash and clean the tomato, then dice it. Wash and chop the arugula.
Pour the diced tomato into a bowl and season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and salt.
On a hot grill, warm the flatbread on both sides. Then spread the cheese over the surface of the flatbread, add the diced tomato and arugula.
With the help of aluminum foil, roll the flatbread tightly and leave it wrapped in the foil.
Let it rest in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Cut into slices 0.6 – 0.8 inches thick. Enjoy your meal!
