Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- 2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Mascarpone
- 1 package Strawberries
- 6 Wafers
- 1/3 cup White Chocolate
- as needed Chopped Hazelnuts
Preparation
To make the wafers with yogurt cream and strawberries, melt the chocolate in a double boiler and brush the edges of the wafers. Dip these in the chopped hazelnuts. Place in the refrigerator to let the chocolate set.
Wash and cut the strawberries into pieces, setting some aside for decoration.
In a bowl mix mascarpone with sugar and then add the yogurt. Stir the ingredients until you get a cream. Finally, incorporate the strawberries and mix the ingredients well.
Fill the wafers with the cream, using a spoon or piping bag, and place them in the refrigerator for an hour.
Serve garnished with sliced strawberries. Enjoy!
