Ingredients
- 7 oz Dark chocolate
- 1 cup Chopped almonds
- 0.25 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 shot Rum

Preparation
To make the almond and rum chocolates, combine the chopped almonds with the powdered sugar and rum in a bowl. Knead until a compact mixture is obtained.
Then, using your hands, take some of the mixture and form balls.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Skewer the balls one at a time on a toothpick and give them a bath in the melted chocolate.
Place the chocolates on a serving tray lined with parchment paper.
Remove the toothpick and place a whole almond near the little hole that will form on each chocolate.
Put in the fridge and let rest for at least a couple of hours before serving. Enjoy!
