- 1 roll Puff Pastry
- 2.8 oz Spinach
- to taste Mozzarella
- to taste Salt

Preparation
To make the puff pastry baskets with spinach and mozzarella, wash and clean the spinach, cook them in plenty of salted boiling water. Once ready, drain them in a colander, they should be very dry.
Cut the puff pastry with a flower-shaped (or round) cookie cutter with a diameter of 3 inches and place them in molds, pierce the bases with a fork and bake in the preheated oven at 356°F for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and fill the baskets with chopped spinach and mozzarella. Bake again for 10 minutes. Once golden, remove from the oven and serve on a serving dish. Enjoy your meal!
