Soft 7 Jars Cake with a Hint of Vanilla

Today for breakfast I prepared the 7 jars cake. Delicious, super soft, and moist. It is perfect for breakfast. I used vanilla yogurt, but your favorite flavor will work just fine. Success is guaranteed. The 7 jars cake is very easy to make, it takes its name from the typical 125 g yogurt jar. However, I usually buy the 1 kg jar, so I will list the weight of all the ingredients I used. Try it because it’s delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar vanilla yogurt (125 g)
  • 2 jars all-purpose flour (250 g)
  • 1 jar potato starch (125 g)
  • 1 jar seed oil (125 g)
  • 2 jars granulated sugar (250 g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanillin

Steps

  • Pour the eggs and sugar into the stand mixer bowl and mix the mixture for about 10 minutes.

  • Add the yogurt and oil and continue to mix for about 3 minutes.

  • Finally, add the flour, starch, vanilla, and baking powder and mix for another 5 minutes.

  • Pour the mixture into the buttered and floured mold and bake for about 40 minutes at 356°F.
