Try this creamy and delicious tart with me!
First, I prepare the base by finely chopping the amaretti and almonds with a mixer.
Then I add flour, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
I incorporate the soft butter in pieces and knead until a sandy but compact mixture is obtained.
I line the 8-inch mold with parchment paper, then pour in the mixture and press it well into the bottom using the back of a spoon.
To proceed with blind baking, I cover the base with parchment paper, add dried legumes, then bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.Now I pour the chocolate cream into the already baked shell.
Put it back in the oven at 340°F for about 20 minutes, until the filling has set but remains slightly soft in the center.

The chocolate amaretti tart can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, well covered under a glass dome or in an airtight container. I suggest you take it out 15 minutes before serving, so the cream becomes soft again and releases all its creamy filling and aroma.
