Yogurt, Raspberry, and Chocolate Semifreddo is a delicious block that is quick to prepare and can be made in many variations, making it a perfect dessert for summer!
The semifreddo is definitely the perfect summer dessert and is also very convenient because it can be made in advance, even in single servings, and generally enjoyed by everyone.
This semifreddo with berries, dark chocolate, and yogurt is an ideal spoon dessert and after-meal treat during these hot August days, but it’s delicious all year round and always ready in our home’s freezer.

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz Greek yogurt with 2% fat
- 5.3 oz Nestlé condensed milk
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 1 cup raspberries (cut in half)
- 5.3 oz dark chocolate (some goes into the semifreddo and some is used to decorate the loaf)

Steps
1) In a bowl, mix the thick Greek yogurt and the sweetened condensed milk.
2) In a stand mixer or a bowl, whip the liquid fresh cream with electric beaters and gently fold it into the previously prepared mixture.
3) Gently wash the raspberries and cut them in half.
4) Chop about 50/60 grams of dark chocolate with a knife and add it to the rest of the yogurt semifreddo mixture.
5) Line the 10 x 4 inch loaf pan with cling film or baking paper wetted and squeezed well with fingers.
6) Then pour the semifreddo mixture and level the top of the frozen dessert with red fruits.
7) Cover with cling film and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
8) Take out the frozen dessert with yogurt, raspberries, and chocolate at least 15 minutes before tasting and while it comes to room temperature, melt the remaining dark chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave and after unmolding the semifreddo, add decorations with the melted dark chocolate.

1) For this semifreddo, we can also add other fruits like blackberries, blueberries, wild strawberries, and peach pieces, but also spoonfuls of fruit compote (pieces of fruit with lemon juice and sugar thickened slowly over the flame), chopped pistachios, and even broken meringues… in short, it is to be completed as we please!
2) It is clear that the 5 minutes are for the semifreddo which really takes very little and not for the mandatory rest time in the freezer before tasting.
