This creamy big glass is a delicious strawberry milkshake perfect for a snack in these spring months when strawberries are firm, ripe, and juicy.
The strawberry milkshake is a delicious non-alcoholic drink, perfect as a snack that you can drink as it is or sweeten with a little sugar or honey.
It has a delicate flavor, and its creaminess is truly pleasant to the palate!
We can prepare this type of milkshake smoothie frappé or shake either with a mixer or with a real blender like the one I suggest below!
I spent many years getting the milkshake at the McDonald’s of San Lazzaro when Andrea, my son, was a little mouse because he loved this type of drink and, bravo to him, he could drink it after having a pancake with cheese, a thing I still find crazy and incomprehensible!
On the blog, I prepared an Oreo milkshake that was appreciated by the children of my lovely colleague who go crazy over such a snack!
These frappés or smoothies can also be made with just fresh fruit added to milk without adding ice cream, while as a quick dessert snack we can prepare the fruit ice cream by putting the fruit we prefer cut into pieces in the freezer until frozen, and then… we put it in the blender with some ice cubes and voilà, we have a creamy ice cream like the one I made here on the blog creamy banana ice cream with pieces of chocolate!

1) By changing fruit like apricots or peaches, we can make other creamy milkshakes or frappés. Clearly, you need to adjust the milk based on the amount of water contained in the various types of fruit, and we can add cream ice cream or yogurt ice cream to get this delicious drink like a smoothie.
