Stuffed Flatbread Cake Cooked in a Pan in 15 Minutes!

Today a quick idea with the recipe for the stuffed flatbread cake cooked in a pan in 15 minutes, cheesy and definitely delicious even cold!

I used classic flatbreads and made 2 layers: one with cooked ham and a julienne mix of scamorza and mozzarella, and the other with slices of red tomato and another layer of cheese. I closed the little flatbread cake cooked in just 15 minutes in a pan with the 3rd flatbread and let everything compact thanks to some beaten egg like an omelet and … ready to serve!!!!!!!!!

I think it will be a quick and tasty main dish that I’ll make this summer too because the pan cooking is definitely convenient!

In smaller portions, it is also an excellent and cheesy appetizer!

  • 10) Now let the beaten eggs spread throughout the pan, above, below, and to the sides. I move the pan to help this coverage, which will eventually compact and bind the layers of the flatbread cake cooked in a pan in just 15 minutes! With a lid, I flip the cake, leaving the rustic savory mini-cake on the flame for another 3/4 minutes at not too high a heat.

    12) It’s simple, rustic, cheesy, and it’s also good cold..

Enjoy this quick 3-layer Romagna flatbread mini-cake cooked in a pan!

    Enjoy your meal!
