Zucchini Chips Ready in 5 Minutes a side dish, an appetizer, a treat that goes under the grill for 5 minutes and is ready to serve at the table!
Today I cut the zucchini with a knife keeping them (trying ehm) at a minimal thickness and before baking them I sprinkled them with grated Parmesan and a pinch of black pepper without salt because the cheese is already tasty, right?
In this period (and today we should reach even higher temperatures) turning on the oven causes discomfort just by mentioning it and therefore super fast recipes like this one are needed!!!!!
Make sure: after the very short cooking under the oven grill, let the zucchini chips with Parmesan ready in 5 minutes cool so that they become super crispy when cooled, while if you place them close together, they will remain soft, which is better avoided, at least for my taste eh eh!

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE ZUCCHINI CHIPS RECIPE
For this little zucchini recipe I cut off the ends of the vegetable, wash it, and with a knife, cut it into thin slices, possibly of the same thickness.
I cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the zucchini slices spaced out.
I sprinkle a little grated cheese on each slice, add a pinch of pepper and immediately put the tray under the oven grill for the few minutes needed for cooking.
I let them cool down, then serve them at the table with a cold beer and…
