Coffee Flan, a homemade spoon dessert with espresso aroma, is an excellent end to a meal and is baked in a hot water bath in the oven.
The taste of coffee is one of the most used in pastry for delicious cakes, creams, and frostings, and this dessert is no exception for its goodness!
It has a rich and engaging aroma, and it’s important to use it in a balanced way so it doesn’t overpower the other ingredients.
How to use coffee in the kitchen?
We can use it in liquid form but also as a powder and beans if we use freeze-dried coffee, and the most delicate blend, especially if we are about to prepare a dessert, is the one with a predominance of Arabica variety.
The most famous preparation in pastry with coffee is undoubtedly

Tiramisu tiramisu
delicious layers of mascarpone cream with ladyfingers soaked in coffee!
And coffee in savory recipes??
Many chefs “DARE” to add coffee powder in the preparation of first or second courses, and in my tiny way, I have also experimented by making
Coffee TagliatelleCoffee Tagliatelle
unusual but really special!
